Coach/Facilitator
In addition to full-time or part-time staff positions, DualWorks periodically looks to add strong candidates to its Coach/Facilitator pool.
These are part-time contract positions that help practitioners design and implement successful dual enrollment at all levels of the education system.
Individuals can serve as coaches and/or facilitators, depending on skill set, interest, and time availability.
Coaches’ Role Overview
Serve as dedicated thought partners for practitioners, enlisting our coaching model to help districts and colleges successfully navigate dual enrollment implementation.
Facilitator Role Overview
Lead workshops and professional development, including our flagship Dual Enrollment Leadership Academy (DELA), to engage and support education leaders.
DualWorks is especially interested in coaches and/or facilitators with dual enrollment experience from the college perspective.
